Can I use real flowers and water in your vases?
Yes real flowers and water can be used in your vase.
What is the best way to wash the vases?
Soap and water. Do not put your vase in the washing machine.
Do vases need special care?
Your vase is made out of ceramic. They are to be handled with great care. Please keep your vase at ambiante temperature and avoid direct contact with the sun. Do not put your vase in the microwave or the oven.
What is your shipping policy?
We only ship in Europe for now. However, as our business expands we intend to add more countries to our shipping list.
Processing and shipping time may vary depending on our stocks. If we have stocks, it should take us between 5 to 15 days to process and ship your orders. If we do not have any stocks it could take up to 20 working days for your order to be shipped.
Once your order have been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.

What is your return policy?
You have 10 days after you received your order to process the return. After 10 days we will no longer offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your vase must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original package.
Please email us at annepodbielski@gmail.com with your request and attach a proof of purchase. We will review your request and if approved we will send you the address to return it..
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your vase. Your are also responsible for the item’s return. We advice you purchase shipping insurance and use a trackable service.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we received your return we will inspect it. We will then email you whether you’r return has been approved or rejected. If approved we will process your refund to the card used for the purchase. The refund usually takes up to 6 working days to be processed.
